High Elf coat close up by Headclouds High Elf coat close up by Headclouds
This is a close-up of the coat i wore as the high elf mage Lairelossė.

I've uploaded a picture of it before, but this is how it looks with everything else combined and some good light on it.

The coat is made of blue velvet, and the silver-fodder is some sort of polyester. The hood and sleeves are made of my own patterning, but the rest of the coat is based on a pattern for medieval dresses. I've made some embroideries on the back and front of this, and they're connected as one single "piece" of pattern from the back to the front. Embroideries are not my strong side at all, but hopefully it looks OK. It's a somewhat simple coat, but it looks elegant in itself. There's 4 buttons on this coat, which are unfortunately in plastic but you don't really notice it unless you actually touch them.

The one thing I really should have added was one or two hidden pockets, otherwise it's pretty good.

Awesome :) if you'd like I can try to get some patterns-ish made, I make most of them myself but something to get a base to keep working on to say.

It's beautyful. Even the embroidery, don't worry ;)

aw thank you :) I don't do a lot of embroideries so whenever I attempt one I feel that I could've done it soo much better but one day I'll get there I guess :)
